About the programme
An accelerator that challenges high-potential young employees to develop innovative solutions to their company’s sustainability challenges.
The Young SDG Innovators Programme pairs participant companies with teams of their own early-career talent and gives them a structured innovation process to work through over the course of the programme.
Teams identify a business challenge connected to the Sustainable Development Goals, develop and test a solution, and present their work to company leadership and the wider network — building both a business idea and a generation of sustainability-literate leaders.
What it involves
- Company nomination of a team of young employees, typically early in their careers.
- A facilitated innovation curriculum with defined milestones and mentoring.
- Development and testing of a solution to a real business challenge.
- A final showcase to company leadership and the local and global network.
Who it is for
Participant companies that want to build internal innovation capability while developing their next generation of leaders.
